Private beta · Limited places

Join the BrewCraft private beta.

We are onboarding a limited number of Canadian breweries, wineries, cideries, meaderies and distilleries. Four short steps tell us about your operation, and we will be in touch.

What founding partners get

Early, and it counts.

  • A named person who answers

Not a ticket queue. The people building BrewCraft onboard you, answer you and fix what you find.

  • Beta pricing, held for two years

Twenty-four months from your start date, then at most one increase with ninety days’ notice. A number and a date, not “forever”.

  • A real say in what ships next

Partners onboard in stages, starting with what each operation needs first — and what you tell us decides what we sharpen next.

  • Your data stays yours

A complete, documented export whenever you want it, on every plan, whether or not you stay.

Questions

What producers ask before they apply.

What is the private beta?
BrewCraft in the hands of a small group of Canadian producers. We onboard partners in stages, starting with the parts of the operation each one needs first, and their feedback decides what we sharpen next.
Who should apply?
Licensed and soon-to-be-licensed breweries, wineries, cideries, meaderies and distilleries in any province or territory. Producers holding more than one licence are an especially good fit.
What does it cost?
Beta partners get beta pricing, held for twenty-four months from their start date and then raised at most once, with ninety days’ notice. We talk numbers on the first call rather than publish a price nobody has signed off.
Does BrewCraft file my excise return?
You stay the filer. BrewCraft keeps the duty ledger, reconciles each period to the litre and prepares the figures with the ledger that supports them. You review and file.
Is my data safe while the product is in beta?
The beta describes how quickly the product changes, not how carefully your records are kept. Backups, point-in-time recovery, append-only ledgers and a complete export apply from your first day, with no carve-out.
What if it turns out not to be for us?
You export everything, in a documented, structured format, and keep it. A producer may have a statutory obligation to retain the records they made, so this is a design obligation, not a favour.
Do you work with distilleries?
Yes. Spirits are the newest product class in the beta, and founding distillery partners shape how the spirits duty ledger works.
